Chad is currently a Latin American Social and Public Policy Fellow at the Center for Latin American Studies at the University of Pittsburgh, where he is working on his doctorate degree. Before relocating to Pittsburgh, he lived and worked in Quito, Ecuador as an educator and social worker with working boys and their families. Throughout his career, he has worked in a variety of educational settings ranging from primary and secondary education to adult education; technical and vocational education to college preparatory; Advanced Placement to International Baccalaureate; and private user funded to donor aid and grant funded.
