Cara Ciminilo serves as the Project Manager and Senior Evaluator for the Collaborative for Evaluation and Assessment Capacity (CEAC). She has ten years of experience in evaluation. Prior to joining CEAC, she served as a Program Director for eleven years with Visions Service Adventures, Inc., an international summer program for teens blending community service, culture immersion and adventurous exploration. More recently Cara co-founded a not-for-profit aimed at increasing resources for young adults in the Carib community of the Commonwealth of Dominica.
