The conference will run between April 18-22, 2022. The CIES 2022 conference will be hybrid, yet what this will look like is still in the early planning stages. The conference will be held in the city of Minneapolis, Minnesota and we will draw from the city’s rich culture and history, as well as its pivotal place in the current fight for social and racial justice. Our underlying commitment is to give attendees the best conference experience, which means that what we do both in Minneapolis as well as online, will depend on cost, capacity and our ability to ensure a high quality experience. We have a great conference team and look forward to engaging with you over the next eight months as we navigate the new directions we are taking CIES. In the meantime – we hope you will read the conference theme, think about coming to Minneapolis and take an active role in CIES 2022!
