he journal is founded by Lou Sabina, 2014 University of Pittsburgh Administrative and Policy Studies Ph.D. alum. During his time as a University of Pittsburgh student, Lou was actively involved with IISE and CIES, and is a past CGSE President. Lou is currently an assistant professor of educational leadership at Stetson University in DeLand, Florida.
