State of Children's Rights – An International Comparison

All over the world, children's rights continue to be disregarded or deliberately ignored (out of different interests) to varying degrees. For this reason, the Catholic University of Applied Sciences (KatHO NRW) would like to invite you to the international online symposium "STATE OF CHILDREN’S RIGHTS – An International Comparison".

The symposium takes place on Saturday, 12 December 2020. Perspectives on child rights from the individual countries will be presented and discussed. The impulses also focus on innovative social projects which aim to improve children's rights in the respective country. Lectures from India, Zimbabwe, Ghana, Ecuador and Germany will be presented.

Registration is HERE.

This invitation goes out to students, practitioners and researchers which we invite to participate in the exchange about differences, opportunities and perspectives on the topic of children’s rights. After all, only in a world in which the rights of the most defenseless members of our society are respected, is living together in dignity possible.

You may participate either in the entire conference or just in selected lectures! Participation is free of charge.
