Wuhan gives back!

After IISE sent out dozens of encouragement cards to Wuhan last February 2020, this time of the month, students from Wuhan Textile University gave encouragements back to us in the United States, Italy, Spain and other countries in the world, amidst the global corona pandemic. Through IISE, they sent several encouragement cards for the world.

They had been in a rough episode and they went through it very well. Their messages convey supports, empathy and hopes for us and those impacted by the covid-19 outbreak.

Read and enjoy their ecards here

Feel free to pass them along to anyone in your circles.

Make and share your own card

Now how about you make your own encouragement card and share it to us?!

Email your cards to encouragements@pitt.edu

IISE has been doing donation collection for those impacted with the corona virus. The donation is in the form of an encouragement e-card. It is a card with a message of love, hope and empathy to show supports to individuals and families during this rough time.

Through website and social media channels, IISE invites anyone to join the e-cards project by creating encouragement messages in a form of pictures, writings or videos. Here is how we started this all.

Check out IISE encouragement page for more ecards donation from various countries. They had been posted and reshared on various online channels and communication platforms. Thanks to many IISE alumni and students around the world!
