The importance of being “global ready” for Pitt students

The world is getting smaller and it is important that we are prepared for the diversity and interdependence that are part of our communities. Through self-reflection and experiences, we can develop an open and accepting attitude towards difference. This will empower Pitt students to be better employees, employers and leaders as well as stronger friends, advocates, and global citizens.
