Dr. (Thomas) Chun Ju Liao is current Associate Professor in the Graduate Institute of Sport and Leisure Education at National Chung Cheng University in Taiwan. Dr. Liao is also the Chief of Sport Promotion and Development Section in Physical Education Center at CCU, the Board Member of Taiwan Society for Sport Management. Dr. Liao earned his doctorate in sport management from National Taiwan Normal University in 2004. Dr. Liao was an avid Kendo player. He is also interested in Tap Dance now.
