Dr. Eiman Abokhodair serves as an Assistant Professor at the Institute of Public Administration (IPA) in Saudi Arabia. Her last administrative appointment was the coordinator of the business center at IPA. She was also the director of Programs department at the IPA. She served as a consultant for the Deanship of Development and Skills Enhancement at Princess Nora Bint Abdul Rahman University, Saudi Arabia, Riyadh (Feb – August 2012). In addition, she was the consultant for Alyamahmah University, Riyadh (Feb – Jul 2011). Between 2010 and 2012, she served as the head of women recruitment committee at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Saudi Arabia. Dr. Abokhodair conducted more than 50 seminars for women leaders in Saudi Arabia in different management skills such as: knowledge management, action learning, strategic planning, leadership skills & creativity, building successful team, and world café.
