Jinde Mao is a visiting scholar in the Institute for International Studies in Education at the University of Pittsburgh. He is a Ph.D. Candidate from the Faculty of Education at Beijing Normal University, China. He received his master’s degree in Higher Education Management from the Institute of Higher Education at Shantou University. His research interests focus on higher education administration, especially on the university governance.
