Lin Jiang is a visiting scholar in the Institute for International Studies in Education at the University of Pittsburgh. She is a Ph.D. Candidate at Dalian University of Technology, China. Her research focuses on college students’ development, especially on college students’ professional identity development, and professional skills training.
