Sisi Guo is a Ph.D. candidate at the Jilin University. She is currently serving as a visiting scholar at the Institute for International Studies in Education (IISE), University of Pittsburgh. Her faculty counterpart at the University of Pittsburgh is Professor Maureen McClure and Her current research project is “Research on American Education Policy based on justice perspective.” Her research focuses on the education policy and administration, education reform and development. She is awarded a Visiting Scholar funding from the China Scholarship council (CSC) to support her doctoral dissertation research.
