Dr. WANG Xin-hong serves as an Associate Professor at the Institute of Higher Education, School of Public Policy and Administration, Xi’an Jiaotong University in China. Her research focuses on Higher Education Management, Educational Policy, Engineering Education and Women Study. Her research includes: The Evaluation Effectiveness of Key Disciplines in Shaanxi Province, in coordination with the Social Science Foundation of Shaanxi Province (2009-10); Engineering and Women: Status, Development and Outlook, in coordination with the Ministry of Education of P. R. China, (2006-08), The Development and Growth Mechanism of Gifted College Students in XJTU, in coordination with Xian Jiaotong University (2004-2006). She also participated in more than ten research programs of education and public Policy.
