Yanhong Liu is a Ph.D. Candidate in Comparative Education and Education Policy in School of Administration at Jilin University. She is currently serving as a visiting scholar at the Institute for International Studies in Education (IISE), University of Pittsburgh. Her faculty counterpart at the University of Pittsburgh is Prof. Najeeb Shafiq and her current research project is “Equalization of Basic Education Services in China.” Her research focuses on higher education academic evaluation systems in China and the United States.
